Under the Nan Mudhalvan Finishing School scheme, this program trains youth aged 18–35 in broadband technologies, providing technical skills, a stipend, and career placement opportunities. It addresses unemployment by empowering individuals, especially those who have completed their HSC education, to build sustainable careers. Supported by the Government of Tamil Nadu, the program has already benefited 90 participants, helping them gain confidence and secure employment in the digital sector.
