A Edward Raj

Managing Trustee

Edward Raj, Managing Trustee. Every organisation begins with a dream—but Evanjalin Charitable Trust began with a dreamer who believed that ordinary people can create extraordinary change. Mr. A. Edward Raj, the Founder and Managing Trustee, established the Trust in 2007 with a simple yet profound vision: to transform lives and build a better tomorrow, together. From the very beginning, his mission has been rooted in empowerment rather than charity. Guided by the belief that “why give when you can train individuals to produce for themselves,” Mr. Edward Raj has spent decades shaping opportunities for women and youth across communities. Before founding the Trust, Mr. A. Edward Raj worked as a painter—a profession that shaped his patience, creativity, and appreciation for transformation, toda with the same steady hands and determined heart, he helps people to paint their future more colourful.
